MAIL ORDERS

 

Orders are dispatched Monday - Saturday every week. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of ordering for dispatch. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days from the date of dispatch. Far-flung places in the Highlands, Northern Ireland or Islands may take a wee bit longer.

If you require your cake or treats for a specific date, please state this at the checkout. We will do our best to get them to you though cannot guarantee delivery dates unless 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' is selected at the checkout.

 

*Please note, unless you select 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' postal option at checkout, we cannot guarantee your delivery date. Every effort will be made to deliver your parcels on or before your requested date but delays can occur, so select an earlier delivery day than you need or 'special delivery' if your treats are needed for a specific date/event.

Please note: Birthday, celebration and wedding cakes are not available for mail order and will not be posted using our courier services. If you'd like to order a celebration cake for delivery, please order via our local delivery service here. Alternatively, celebration cakes can be collected from Cabbage Patch HQ by appointment and can be ordered via our online shop here, or get in touch for a custom cake quote.

FREE CONTACTLESS COLLECTIONS FROM CABBAGE PATCH HQ (Minimum 7 business days notice required)

Collections are available for all orders from our online shop Wednesday - Saturday every week. If you require delivery to a Leeds, Bradford or Wakefield address, please order via our Local Delivery Shop here. For delivery further afield, please get in touch for a quote.

Birthday, celebration and wedding cakes ordered via our online shop must be collected and will not be posted using our courier services. Celebration cakes for delivery can be ordered via our local delivery service here.

Orders can be placed for collection from 75 Waterloo Grove, Pudsey, LS28 7PR. This is strictly on an appointment only basis. All appointments will be confirmed in writing via email or over the phone to you once your order is placed. 

​

Whilst social distancing rules remain enforced, contactless collections are available. Simply give us a call when you arrive to let us know you're here, then pop your boot open and then wait inside the car whilst we load your cake into the boot for you and leave the boot open for you to close once we're a safe distance away.

Due to the fragile nature of transporting cakes, we highly recommend removing all items from your boot so that there is nothing else that could move or roll in the boot whilst you are travelling home with your precious cargo! Loading your cake onto a seat, onto someone's lap or into a footwell would not be suitable given the size and height of the cakes we create.
