This versatile flour that makes fabulous cakes. This gluten and wheat free self raising flour is mainly based on rice flour which tends to be non-allergenic and digests well for most people. A recipe for a succulent and light Victoria sponge cake and delicious lemon drizzle cake is on the bag. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics, coeliacs and lactose intolerants. Each pack is 1kg.
