This versatile flour makes gorgeous light pastry, and is good to thicken sauces. Add baking powder to make fabulous cakes. This gluten and wheat free flour is mainly based on rice flour which tends to be non-allergenic and digests well for most people. Add baking powder for light and fluffy sponge cakes. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics, coeliacs and lactose intolerants. Each pack is 1kg.
